MAKING GREAT COFFEE!


Our Rise and Grind coffee beans are from the Magdalena region in the northern portion of Colombia. The most important element to this coffee is it is less acidic and has a full body flavour. Fresh, clean and very versatile for different roast levels. The beans are handpicked to ensure quality beans are being used for every batch. Once the beans are picked they are fully washed of all impurities and organic material and then dried on patios using mechanical dryers.


WE ALL KNOW THAT GREAT COFFEE IS ACHIEVED IN THE ROASTING PROCESS AND OUR SMALL BATCH APPROACH ALLOWS FOR EXPERT CONSISTENCY FOR OUR LIGHT, MEDIUM, AND DARK ROASTS. USING HIGH TEMPERATURE PROBES AND THEN WITH A SUPERIOR COOLING METHOD WE CAN ACCURATELY ACHIEVE PERFECTION IN OUR AROMAS AND MOST IMPORTANTLY OUR TASTE.
